Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager Co-Production supports the planning and execution of live Muay Thai events, including Rajadamnern World Series (RWS) and Rajadamnern Knock Out (RKO). This role ensures smooth production operations, high-quality broadcasts, strong audience experiences, and effective coordination with vendors, technical teams, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Event Production & Operations
- Help plan and run live and recorded combat sports events from start to finish.
- Make sure everything from the cameras to the crew is ready to go at the venue.
- Work closely with the Live Event Manager and Venue Producer to raise the production quality to international standards.
- Oversee Outside Broadcast (OB) crews to ensure high-quality live shows.
Quality Control
- Set and maintain high standards for how each event looks and sounds.
- Check lighting, sound, and visual effects before and during shows.
- Quickly solve technical issues to avoid interruptions during live broadcasts.
Audience Experience & Content Development
- Support efforts to build an exciting Muay Thai experience for fans.
- Help create engaging content to boost viewer ratings and audience participation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to make our events more visible and impactful.
Vendor & Budget Coordination
- Coordinate with suppliers and service providers to ensure everything is delivered on time and within budget.
- Help manage costs for production materials and technical support.
- Make sure all vendor agreements meet both quality and cost expectations.
What Were Looking For:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Media, Broadcasting, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in event production or live broadcasting.
Skills Youll Need:
- Knowledge of live sports production and technical operations.
- Strong planning and problem-solving skills
- Great at multitasking and keeping projects on track.
- Confident communicator who works well with crews, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Technical know-how of lighting, sound, and AV equipment
