Assistant Manager Content Creator

Job Description

Content Development:

• Create compelling written, visual, and multimedia content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
• Develop content ideas and concepts aligned with Brands marketing strategies and brand voices.

Social Media Management:

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts for various social media platforms.
• Monitor and respond to audience interactions, comments, and messages in a timely manner.

Analytics:

• Analyze content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.

Collaborative Projects:

• Work closely with the marketing team, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing goals.

Research and Trend Analysis:

• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging digital marketing techniques, and competitive analysis to inform content strategy.
• Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experiences (at least two years) as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook and Instagram).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
