Job Purpose:
As the Assistant Manager of Ads Optimization, you will play a crucial role in maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our digital advertising campaigns. You will be responsible for the strategic management and optimization of paid media campaigns across various platforms, ensuring that KPIs are met, cost-per-acquisition (CPA) is minimized, and overall ROI is maximized. Your analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to use data to drive decisions will be key in improving our digital presence and driving business results.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across TikTok and other social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Google).
- Ensure all campaigns align with platform-specific policies, particularly TikTok's advertising guidelines.
- Analyze ads performance metrics to assess ROI and identify areas for improvement.
- Evaluate and report on campaign performance, focusing on key metrics such as ROAS, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to optimize content, targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Monitor campaigns to ensure campaigns are delivering expected KPIs and results.
- Develop and update optimization guidelines and best practices based on campaign performance.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes across all relevant social media channels.
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experiences in advertising on TikTok and social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Google).
- Strong passion for digital marketing, performance, analytics, and data.
- Experience in preparing detailed reports and performance evaluations.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs, especially achieving ROAS targets.
- Able to work in a fast-paced working environment while maintaining great attention to detail and working to deadlines.
