Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise the end-to-end process of material dispatch, ensuring precision and timely deliveries.
- Coordinate with courier personnel to facilitate smooth material lifting and supply to customers as per agreed timeline.
- Conduct thorough follow-ups on outstanding payments, maintaining financial integrity.
- Systematically collect and follow up on outstanding payments, ensuring adherence to financial standards and company policy.
- Share client requirements for Production Planning and Control (PPC) and Production team to come up with a comprehensive production plans, conducting detailed reviews of fluctuations in material requirements.
- Communicate effectively with the Production Planning and Control (PPC) team regarding monthly production requirements to meet sales target and client order fulfilment.
- Implement strategic measures to minimize excess inventory, meticulously reviewing stock levels.
- Provide quotations to specified customers after mgt approval.
- Check the rates before invoices are prepared and shared with client to uphold pricing accuracy and consistency.
- Conduct comprehensive validation of final rate calculation as per customer specific applicable calculation sheets / PVC-Basic Rates before offering for final invoicing.
- Prepare and distribute rate calculation sheets to the billing executive based on agreed terms with specific customers (monthly or quarterly silver rates).
- Scrutinize all Purchase Orders for rate accuracy, ensuring financial precision.
Desired Candidate Profile:-
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in sales and operations, with 4-6 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
- Knowledge of HR Consulting industry trends and practices.
- Relevant experience into Sales Operations oriented job role in similar industry and business set up.
- Strong understanding of the contacts Industry and manufacturing process as well as entire Sales Cycle.
- Good in communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Should be team player, multi-tasking and has ability to work independently or under minimum guidance.
- Good in MS Office skills with exposure into Invoicing, SCM etc.
