Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Marketing Manager at Humanica Public Company Limited, located in Bangkok City, Thailand. The Assistant Marketing Manager will be responsible for assisting with the development and execution of marketing plans, campaigns, events, and digital/social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth. The Assistant Marketing Manager will also be responsible for coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, managing budgets, and tracking performance metrics.

• Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies to help achieve the company's goals and objectives. This includes providing support for all marketing initiatives, from planning through to execution.
• Support the development and management of marketing campaigns.
• Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and other events to promote the company and its products/services.
• Help manage the marketing budget, ensuring that marketing activities are cost-effective.
• Help manage the CRM system.

Qualifications

• Marketing, Advertising, or Business degree
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Proficient in marketing tools and techniques, including email marketing, social media, and content creation
• Strong project management skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
• Experience working in a similar role, and experience in the HR industry is a plus
• Fluent or proficient in Thai and English
• Experience with graphic design or video production tools are a plus
