- Responsible for end to end Business Development of the allocated Area.
- Assitant Manager will be responsible for Lead generation, Conversion of lead into admissions, Student counseling and Brand awareness.
- Profile includes travelling and relationship building.
- To build professional partnerships with Educational Institutes, School Principals, Parents and Students in their zones.
- Conducting engaging presentations & seminars
- Handling telephone and email enquiries from the existing or prospective students, their parents and advisers in relation to the counseling and admissions pertaining to the branch in a timely, professional and courteous manner.
- Manage the admissions and the counseling process by guiding the students as required.
- Achievement of assigned revenue target.
- Institutional sales and marketing.
- Identification of new clients and penetrate the market progressively.
- Supervise territory, contact clients for incremental sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with the institutions and the key customer associates.
- Provide market intelligence and information to the product development and core team for better up-gradation of the existing products.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 1-3 yrs of Relevent Experience in same field of any university/Educational background
- The candidates should have good communication skill.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Possessing counseling Skills.
- Mature to handle Clients, Parents and Students.
- Possessing good analytical skills.
- Pleasing and convincing personality.
- Should have good connects with the management & decision maker of university.
