Job Description
Get to Know the Team
We are called Demand Planning, which is the demand growth engine for Grab. Grab Marketing Service (GMS) and Platform monetization is one of main focuses of the team. We invent marketing packages/ services by using Grab's assets and demand generation tools for merchants and partners to satisfy their needs while also making revenue for Grab. Work is interdisciplinary a combination of advanced analytics, merchant segmentation, marketing strategy and project management.
Get to Know the Role
Role is a balance of advanced analytics, project management, and partner management. You will be assigned to lead projects starting from designing marketing package, conducting experiment, analyzing data, package pricing, creating pitch deck and go-to-market plan, designing operation process, setting up campaign, monitoring campaign performance till creating performance report and dashboard for merchant and Grab. Coordination with related parties, e.g. Marketing team, Business development and Account management team, also helps make a successful project. You will report to Manager, Campaign and Monetization - Food, work on site at Bangkok Office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Analyze merchant data to identify growth areas for Grab Marketing Service strategically.
- Create marketing package that is suitable for each merchant segment to serve their needs using data, assets, and demand generation tools.
- Conduct an experiment to see if the package that we designed actually creates an impact for merchants and adjust the package details.
- Price the package using an appropriate method and data.
- Create go-to-market strategy, which includes pitch deck, marketing communication strategy, communication channels, project timelines and other materials needed for launching a package, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Design operation process, working sheets and complete as planned.
- Create campaign performance dashboards to track the performance of the campaigns and create reports for merchants.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum 1+ years of experience in financial services, management consulting or technology firms
- Confident in processing and analyzing complex data sets using Microsoft excel (can perform complex functions), SQL and Tableau
- Quantitative discipline with business sense and ability to articulate complex analysis to multiple audiences, and translating these to actual business actions.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, and clear communication.
- Professional proficiency in spoken and written Thai and English.
