Team And Role Introduction
As a Key Account Manager, you will work with our top sellers to drive seller performance and growth including identifying opportunities gaps, managing communication and relationships, and helping to unlock seller potential and growth. To accomplish this, you will be provided with independence and support to drive portfolio performance working across the cluster with Category Managers, Associate Category Managers, and Community Managers within your category and supported by cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative, and friendly environment.You will receive the opportunity to drive impact within the category and your portfolio, independence and ownership, and the opportunity to develop essential skills across the spectrum negotiation and communication, portfolio strategy, implementation, and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales, order and buyer growth of sellers in portfolio including launching seller specific initiatives, identifying and actioning opportunities within sellers and portfolio
- Develop online merchandising and promotional proposals to achieve sales targets
- Manage Key Account(s) to grow your portfolio of merchants
- Develop plans to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize business profitability
- Communicate the direction of campaigns and promotional events on the platform to sellers
- Responsible for the implementation of strategies as agreed with stakeholders and Team Lead
Job Requirements
Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
- Bachelor's Degree in related fields (Sales, Marketing, Business)
- Minimum 1-3 years of work experience (in E-Commerce, Retail, Business Development, Consulting/Finance, or Management role is preferred but not required)
- Strong industry background would be a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with demonstrated ability to influence others.
- Strong analytical skills backed by intermediate knowledge of Excel, ability to use data to understand root causes of performance and make decisions.
