Role and Responsibilities:
- Draft and/or review contracts both trade and non-trade to ensure best interest of the company and minimize risks.
- Provide expert and strategic legal advice to managements.
- Work as a team with internal and/or external legal lawyers to achieve business results
- Perform other roles related to legal areas as assigned by management
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Laws degree in Law Major in Business Law with high experience in the field is also acceptable.
- Experience of 3-5 years minimum as legal adviser senior lawyer in well-known company or multinational organization
