We're looking for an experienced and creative Associate Learning Partner to join our team as a skilled Learning Designer. Your primary focus will be on applying your instructional design expertise and collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts. You will have the responsibility of transforming client learning requirements into engaging and impactful learning experiences that align with desired outcomes. Additionally, you will work closely with the sales team to gather client requirements and develop customized design proposals. Your role will involve driving project deliverables and surpassing client expectations. Building strong client relationships and leading learning innovation projects will be critical aspects of your position. Responsibilities
- Design learner-centric courses and programs, including but not limited to training courses, events, workshops, bootcamps, seminars, and online learning activities.
- Apply innovative and effective instructional design competencies and best practices to collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to transform content into engaging and effective learning experiences, activities, and assessments, ensuring constructive alignment with sound learning outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to gather client requirements and create design proposals for customized learning products, and present design concepts that meet their needs.
- Drive and oversee the scope of work deliverables assigned to the team, working closely with the internal team to ensure proactive client involvement and seamless project execution. Facilitate smooth project management, including negotiation with clients to ensure that the project scope is completed within the specified timeframe, budget, and to meet client expectations.
- Establish strong client relationships by serving as a trusted advisor. Actively seek feedback from clients and analyze successful programs to identify best practices. Implement a continuous design process improvement approach to enhance the quality and effectiveness of learning solutions.
- Drive internal process improvement in the learning design team to enhance learning experiences.
- Collaborate with the team lead to create new learning innovation solutions, introducing new initiatives that advance human learning experiences to the world
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the field of Learning & Development, HR & People Development, or Education or 2+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Account Management, or other client-facing role.
- Experience in a leadership role, guiding and supervising a team, fostering their professional development, and ensuring the successful execution of team objectives
- Proficient in effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously, adeptly prioritizing tasks and resources to meet competing deadlines
- Fantastic in creative idea generation with a strong focus on activity and experience design for learning.
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and manage ideas.
- Proactive and organized individual with interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, and strong self leadership.
- Strong passion for learning and empowering human potential through the design of impactful learning methodology and experiences.
