Associate Strategy Director
As an Associate Strategy Director, you will be a senior strategic resource for key specified accounts based in Bangkok, Thailand.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Custodian of the knowledge, tools, and platforms used to uncover insights and develop strategic POV to help solve client's business problems
- Acts as a lead strategist in taking client briefs, analyzing research, distilling information into a compelling strategic narrative, selling to clients, and measuring and optimizing campaigns
- Works on projects across multiple digital channels (mainly social and occasionally other touchpoints)
- Crafts communication plans that connect the idea and different messages across various POE platforms, and present them through campaign ecosystems, channel roles, content/social/influencer strategy, etc
- Ensures the strategy manifests in plans and presentations
- Demonstrates and fosters collaborative relationships across departments, clients, networks, and industry partners
- Consistently aim for award-winning work in effectiveness and creativity accolades
Skills & Qualities:
- At least 7+ years of strategy experience in an agency preferably as a digital planner. Multinational FMCG experience is a plus.
- Extensive experience working on digital advertising, e-commerce, and social-led campaigns
- Competent across a spectrum of strategic capabilities with a focus on digital strategy: research design and analysis (qualitative and quantitative), brand positioning, comms planning, workshop design and facilitation, data and analytics
- Strong knowledge of social media and what's trending in culture. Deep interest in the intersection of creativity, culture, and technology
- Comfortable with data to inform and provide strategic rigor to the creative work
- Has the ability to see the big picture yet possesses exceptional attention to detail
- Track record of building client relationships, team management, and business development
