Key Responsibilities
What you'll be doing
- Understand product and service in detail of function features and technical including system architecture, system diagram, and system integration.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer pain points/requirements and propose proposals to the customer.
- Preparation of presentation to propose to the customer.
- Collaboration with the product team/ delivery team/partner to understand product, service, and cost structure.
- Support the sales team in assessing the business case for responding to specific opportunities in terms of technical.
- Collaboration with internal and external client stakeholders, design and document the solution to deliver it to a broad audience of technical/non-technical stakeholders.
- Support sales meetings as the technical lead.
- Keep up to date with the company's product/service range, competitors offering, and also market developments and trends.
- Provide implementation and post-implementation technical support as required. Collaborate with the product development team to identify potential opportunities to support new product introductions.
Academic Qualifications And Certifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology and/or Business Management or a related field.
Required Experience
- Leadership and communication skills (TH/ENG).
- Presentation skills.
- Interest and understanding of the Banking and Retail industry.
- Ability to research and update technology trends.
- Influencing and negotiation skills.
- Aptitude for time management and organization.
- Strong analytical and logical approach to solving customer pain points.
- Experience and ability to clearly both technical and non-technical.
- Ability to multi-task and work with dynamic environment
