Perform qualitative and quantitative research and consultation. Keep up-to-date knowledge of the core industry and related area of interest being researched Understand the needs of the client in order to target research to their benefit Create clear and effective concepts and recommendations Communicate with clients for requirements and able to deliver the same. Able to present the ideas to clients either virtually or directly.
