We have suitable position for the post of Associate Software Engineer at Bangalore location. Please find the job description below and skills required for the same.

Primary Skills:

1. Proficient understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its various phases.
2. Familiarity with Agile Development methodologies and V-Model for software development processes.
3. Understanding of tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, etc
4. In-depth knowledge of operating systems such as Windows and Linux (RHEL).
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong interpersonal skills.
6. Solid understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) for ensuring software quality and reliability.
7. Proficiency in scripting languages like Shell and Batch for automation tasks.
8. A strong desire to optimize activities through automation.
9. Ability to handle customer-facing roles, understand client requirements, and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
10. Strong presentation, public speaking, and logical reasoning skills for effective communication and problem-solving.

Secondary Skills:

1. Proficiency in version control systems such as Git for managing code repositories and collaboration.
2. Basic understanding of Devops.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to troubleshooting technical issues.
4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to project success.
5. Continual learning mindset to stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in software engineering.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical fields like Computer Science or Information Systems.

• Desired Qualification: Master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.

2. Eligible Batch:

• 2023 graduates
• 2022 graduates with a minimum of 6 months of work experience or completion of a technical certification course with a duration of at least 6 months between 2022 and 2023.
