Job Description

Atmosphere Design:

Assist in designing and maintaining the clinic's physical environment, ensuring it is aesthetically pleasing and aligned with the brand's image
Select and arrange furniture, decor, and other elements to create a harmonious and inviting space

Scent and Sound Integration:

Develop and implement a strategy for integrating pleasant scents and sounds throughout the clinic
Collaborate with vendors to source high-quality diffusers, essential oils, and sound systems
Monitor and adjust scent and sound levels to maintain a consistent and soothing atmosphere

Lighting and Visuals:

Assist in designing lighting schemes that enhance the clinic's ambiance and highlight key areas
Work with the design team to select appropriate colors, textures, and visual elements that contribute to a relaxing environment

Client Experience Enhancement:

Conduct research on the latest trends in sensory design and wellness environments
Gather client feedback to continuously improve the sensory experience
Implement innovative ideas to enhance the overall client journey from arrival to departure

Collaboration and Coordination:

Work closely with the interior design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure cohesive implementation of design elements
Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as needed

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Environmental Design, or a related field
Proven experience in designing sensory and atmospheric elements, preferably in a spa, wellness, or hospitality setting
Strong understanding of how sensory elements (scent, sound, lighting) impact client experience
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
