Bellman
About The Role
The Bellman is an integral part of the Guest Services Team whose main objective is to ensure our guests are well looked after from the start. As the first and last impression of the Hotel, this high profile section carries a special responsibility. The Bellman greets each guest by name upon arrival and departure. The Bellman transports luggage to the guest room for arrivals and transports luggage for departing guests to the hotel entrance or into temporary storage. The Bellman also provides arriving guests with a hotel orientation.
This role involves guest satisfaction to ensure the highest standards of service.
The position reports to Resort Assistant Manager and Front Office Manager.
What You Will Do
- Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
- Able to drive buggy and respond to all transportation requests within the Resort in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ensure the seamless interaction for all guests.
- Transports luggage for arrivals and departures
What You Bring
- Must have existing work authorization to work in the country of Thailand.
- Proven experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and guest service skills
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software and systems
- Warmth, care, and genuine enthusiasm when dealing with guests and internal customers.
- Commitment to upholding Four Seasons Service and Culture standards.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
- Physical by nature and the ability to lift and push at least 50lbs.

- The working hours will primarily be early morning and daytime, during weekdays and weekends.
