Job Description

Your typical responsibilities include:

  • Administrative document management, personnel related work
  • Customer docking, financial bill follow-up
  • Maintaining the billing system
  • Generating invoices and account statements
  • Performing account reconciliations
  • Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
  • Producing monthly financial and management reports
  • Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
  • Assistant work to General manager
  • Administrative document management
  • Handle other office management-related tasks assigned by the leader

Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance & Economics, Business Studies or related field
  • Must proficiency in English, Korean plus
  • Good communication, manage and collaboration skills
  • Enthusiastic, proactive and dedicated to the work
  • Strong sense of responsibility and detail-focusing
  • Work authorized in Thailand
