Billing Analyst

Description

We are seeking a Billing Analyst with minimum 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing billing data, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring accurate invoicing. The role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Processing of Job Billing adjustments as advised by the agency

Processing of the invoice process and ensuring agency approval

Completion of final invoice processing run and ensuring mail out within

monthly deadlines

Completion of all document management to support invoice processes

Coordination with Agency, clients, suppliers and within team to resolve

issues that will achieve target goals

Ensure prompt resolutions of any account queries and disputes

Ensuring all internal record management is maintained to comply with all

audit standards

Ad hoc projects as required

Experience/Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in comparable role

Experience in media/advertising industry is an advantage but not necessary

Knowledge

Knowledge of GST and general accounting systems

Skills (including technology)

Knowledge of BCC systems

Intermediate knowledge in Excel

Attributes/behaviours

This role required strong organizational skills, with a focus on attention to

detail.

A team player attitude with good communication skills to resolve agency

• queries in a customer focused service oriented manner.
