We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Brand Manager to join our well-known FMCG client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that drive growth and enhance brand equity. You will play a crucial role in managing our product portfolio and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies and marketing plans to achieve business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth.
Product Management:
- Oversee product lifecycle management, from concept development to launch and ongoing performance tracking.
- Collaborate with R&D, sales, and production teams to ensure product offerings meet market demands.
Marketing Campaigns:
- Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, in-store, etc.).
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
Budget Management:
- Manage the brand budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI on marketing initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure brand alignment and support overall business objectives.
- Foster strong relationships with external partners, including advertising agencies and media outlets.
Brand Performance Analysis:
- Track and analyze brand performance metrics, preparing reports and presentations for senior management.

Team Leadership:

Qualifications:
- More than 5 years of experience in brand management or related marketing roles, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and consumer insights.
- Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
