Purpose of theJob:
The Brand Manager will be responsible for overseeing the brand and product management of the Ovaltine portfolio. The role involves driving business growth by developing and executing effective brand strategies both above and below the line. This includes building and enhancing the Ovaltine brand, as well as reinforcing its value proposition in the market.
Key Responsibility:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand plans, integrated marketing communications (IMC), and activations to achieve business goals, including sales targets and brand equity growth for the Ovaltine portfolio.
- Analyze market trends, brand performance, and competitor activity to identify issues and opportunities, driving action plans that enhance brand positioning and growth.
- Manage and plan brand P&L and brand A&P according to ABF financial control framework
- Measure and report performance with post evaluation of marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs
- Strengthen brand equity by developing and implementing consumer connection strategies, ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns to drive sustainable business growth.
- Gain deep understanding of consumer behavior, insights, and trends to develop relevant and impactful marketing campaigns.
- Work with cross functions to initiate and manage launch and relaunch to ensure timely launch
- Develop compelling Go-to-market campaign by ensuring product offering and executions in line with Ovaltine brand proposition and direction
- Manage collaboration and influence with internal and external stakeholders
- Lead and implement total communication campaign including ATL, Online campaign and IMC by working closely with advertising agency & media agency
- Work with cross functional commercial team to come up with action plans/proposal in monthly business meeting and reviews to management
- Take lead on assigned ad-hoc projects and support Group Product Manager to drive growth of the brands, grow market share & brand awareness

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in brand or product management within the FMCG industry; current experience as a Brand Manager is preferred.
- Proven experience in new product development, campaign development, content development, and working with KOLs.
- Experience with Mom & Kids portfolios or a strong understanding of Mom & Kids consumer insights is a plus.
