Develop brand and channel strategies for international market and lead all initiatives and execution throughout the year.
Works closely with international sales and country team in identifying needs and insights of each market then design implementation plan and support execution of marketing activities and campaigns to promote brand to international market and drive brand usage.
Monitor and evaluate effectiveness and impact of all initiatives and activities as well as analyze and optimize.
Manage all social media platform and communicate to international market to drive awareness and engagement with the brand.
Analyze country situation, consumer insight and perform risk management.
Design and maximize the usage of marketing materials eg. POSMs for different country and work closely with international sales and country team in allocation.
Track and analyze competitors movements of each country and initiate tactical actions to response.
Responsible for budget management.
Qualifications :
Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing or other related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in branding/marketing from FMCG or consumers products.
Excellence in English.
Have good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
Able to communicate at different organization levels.
