The Brand Executive implements plans for the brand, customer experience and brand loyalty to drive the organisation's brand awareness. He/She conducts market research to forecast upcoming market trends. He/She works in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. He/She champions the brand identity throughout the organisation
- Collect and examine customer satisfaction and feedback.
- Conduct activities to communicate the business value proposition to the customers.
- Conduct research to identify consumer trends.
- Conduct the customer loyalty plans.
- Develop creative materials, templates and collaterals.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of brand campaigns.
- Examine the market trends to improve the offline marketing activities.
