Business Analyst – CPG Manufacturing Domain

Role & Responsibilities:

• Meeting with Business teams for understanding the requirements
• Converting requirements into functional specification document and getting sign off from business
• Defining the Scope for sprint planning
• Identify the Fit Gap in the business process
• Work closely with Business process experts for the development of solution
• Conduct the trainings for Key users and super users on MES system
• Use Agile methodology for delivery, MVP.

Required Skill:

• Worked in CPG/Retail manufacturing domain.
• Experience 3 End to End MES system implementation
• Strong Knowledge of Business Analyst role
• Ability to elicit requirements through a variety of methods and to create clear, concise documentation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with people/teams, and to facilitate/lead meetings.
• Worked in similar roles in being able to interact with clients, understand requirements, being able to translate them into functional specs to be used by the delivery teams.
• Knowledge of SAP MES or similar MES system
• Excellent problem-solving analytical skills and critical thinking skills
• Worked in Agile Delivery Methodology
