How do we work
We are looking for candidates with expertise in both information technology and business administration. Business analysts are responsible for enhancing the quality of Chatbot projects and simplify business requirements to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders, work with the development team to ensure that they understand the specifications, and create documents such as business requirement documents and test cases.
Your day to day:
- Collaborates with the team to ensure that the development meets the established scope and timeline.
- Validating and documenting business requirements .
- Communicating software specifications to the Development teams and other stakeholders.
- Participates in the QA to ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Execute and monitor testing activities and ensure they are completed as expected
- Creating defects log and report to the Development teams.
- Creating FSD, TSD, Test Case, Test Result, User Manual, and Test Scenario for solutions .
Your ideal profile:
- Undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, or any related fields
- Able to do internship at least 3 months
- Interested in Business Analyst and software industry
- Possess verbal and written skills in both Thai and English language
- Flexible, self-learning, self-motivated, team-player, willing to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
