Job Description:
- Develop Bualuang mBanking Feature on Digital Platform.
- Gather requirement from users and propose proper solution.
- Prepare the gap analysis document & support solution between the business requirements IT system and confirm with business user
- Review and verify the business requirement and related system design document.
- Manage project to deliver on time.
- Working with business users to identify opportunities for improvement in business operation and processes Work with vendor to transfer knowledge for long term system support.
- Ensuring the requirements map to the real business need, are approved by all stakeholders and meet essential quality standards.
- Consult & Support system test (ST), System integration testing (SIT), User acceptance test (UAT)
- Communication with user & vendors & project team member for User acceptance test (UAT).
- Established documentations: User requirement, Functional Spec, Prototype, User Manual and Material for training user.
- Work in Agile-based methodology and environment
Qualification and Required Skill:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or IT related field
- Thai nationality
- 3-5 years of experiences as BA role or Project Management.
- Strong end to end project management and implementation.
- Experience in retail banking project especially Digital Banking, Contact Center, Collection, Customer Experience, Business Banking or E-Payment Project will be a plus.
- Business awareness
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
