Business Consultant, B2B Finished Lubricant located in

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Sales And Business Development
- Identify and target potential customers in the assigned territory to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitors activities.
- Present and promote our lubricant products to customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by actively prospecting and qualifying leads.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers to secure profitable deals.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
- Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to identify opportunities for growth and ensure customer retention.
Territory Management
- Develop a thorough understanding of the assigned territory, including market trends, customer profiles, and potential growth areas.
- Plan and prioritize sales activities to maximize productivity and achieve sales objectives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, supply chain, and technical support, to ensure seamless customer experiences and effective product delivery.
Reporting And Analysis
- Maintain accurate sales records, including customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates, using the company's CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and product knowledge to enhance sales effectiveness and stay competitive.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in lubricants sales or a similar field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and negotiate effectively.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Technical knowledge of lubricants and related products is a plus.
Relocation Options:
Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.
International Considerations
Selected candidate will be based in Thailand under the local payroll system and benefits.
