Job Description:
Regent Hospitality is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development and Partnership Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our network of luxury hotel partners and ensuring the successful facilitation of our internship programs. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic outreach plans to initiate contact with hotel management and key decision-makers, and prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations that highlight the benefits of partnering with Regent Hospitality.
- Negotiate and establish Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with new hotel partners, ensuring all mutually beneficial agreements clearly outline terms and expectations.
- Manage the timely renewal of existing MOUs, maintaining clear communication and ensuring continued alignment on partnership goals.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with hotel partners, serving as the primary point of contact, addressing any concerns, and providing ongoing support.
- Regularly meet with hotel management to review partnership performance, identify opportunities for enhancement, and ensure the smooth implementation of internship programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to oversee the entire internship process, from student placement to completion, and monitor the progress and performance of interns, providing support and feedback to ensure a positive experience for both interns and hotels.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent Regent Hospitality and foster new partnership opportunities.
Minimum Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or sales within the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of achieving targets and expanding networks.
- In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry, including trends, challenges, and key players.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of Regent Hospitality effectively and create mutually beneficial partnerships and agreements.
- Fluent in both English and Thai languages, with excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
