Join our dynamic team as a Business Development Representative, spearheading the expansion of our SaaS customer base in your region. With a focus on KPIs such as pipeline creation, event lead generation, and BANT qualification, you'll be pivotal in driving our sales efforts forward.
Responsibilities include:
- Initiating sales conversations for Oracle SaaS solutions through both phone and digital channels, harnessing the power of social media platforms.
- Bolstering our prospect pool through proactive participation in programmatic and inbound campaigns, ensuring a robust funnel of leads.
- Employing a consultative approach to deeply understand and analyze clients requirements, effectively positioning Oracle's Value Proposition.
- Facilitating 3-way solutioning calls with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Customers to advance leads through the pipeline.
- Methodically qualifying, nurturing, and progressing a dynamic sales pipeline, poised for rapid conversion.
What do we seek
- A minimum of 3-5 years experience in telesales or sales within the IT or software sales landscape, demonstrating a goal-oriented mindset.
- Confident and articulate communication skills, with a flair for creative solution selling.
- Proficiency in leveraging social media tools and technologies to drive sales initiatives.
- Track record of managing high-volume sales pipelines with finesse.
- Preference for candidates experienced in selling or positioning cloud solutions across SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS domains.
- Excellent proficiency in English, along with fluency in the local language pertinent to the hiring region.
