Role Overview
We are seeking a Country Sales Director to drive our business expansion in Thailand. This role is pivotal in executing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Drive the end-to-end sales process, focusing on enterprise-level clients, with a focus on long-term contracts and ARR growth.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to optimize sales tactics.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 3-5 sales managers and reps to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Foster a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and accountability. Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target industries (FSI, Telco, Fintech, E-commerce).
- Negotiate and close high-value deals, with deal sizes ranging from $100k to $500k.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Thailand, expanding WIZ.AI's presence in the market.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 10 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in enterprise SaaS, AI solutions, or technology sales.
- Experience managing a sales cycle of 6-9 months, focused on large enterprise deals.
- Strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
- Excellent leadership, team-building, and motivational abilities.
