Job Summary
The Business Development Officer for Project Execution will focus on leading and implementing strategic projects that align with the company's growth objectives in the glass wool insulation sector. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The ideal candidate has strong project management expertise, analytical skills, and experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project objectives are met, managing any interdependencies effectively.
- Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration on project-related tasks.
- Oversee allocation of resources across projects, adjusting as necessary to align with project priorities and deadlines.
- Identify and address any bottlenecks, resource shortages, or risks to ensure project continuity.
- Monitor project deliverables to ensure compliance with quality standards and company requirements.
- Track and analyze project performance metrics to evaluate efficiency, identify areas for improvement, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Evaluate project execution processes, suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and shorten project timelines.
- Work with the Business Development Manager to implement best practices and establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for project execution.
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by gathering feedback from stakeholders and implementing actionable changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years in project management, business development, or a related role, preferably within construction, manufacturing, or insulation materials.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel) for reporting and performance measurement.
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems is a plus.
