Job Summary:
The Business Development Role have to approach targeted business clients actively set a pipeline and source new leads until getting them started. Manage relationships with existing customers. Conduct market research (analyse competitors, the efficiency of sales strategies, etc.). Were seeking a quick learner and someone with a good overseas sales track record of success who can inspire the same in others.
Roles and Responsibility

Responsible for both inbound and outbound calls and leads and Sales Closures
Must have B2B, B2C experience
Experience in working with a CRM
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Negotiating and renegotiating to close the deal.
Providing round-the-clock support to customers.
Understanding the requirement, do the online research of competitors, Customers, products and so on to get more insight.
Maintain potential customer data bank and keep in touch with the customers periodically.
Convert leads to customers.
Excellent analytical, listening and organizational skills & Selling skills
Effective English verbal & written communication skills as you will be assisting US, UK & Canadian Customers
