Roles and Responsibilities:

Gain a full understanding of the IT product solution offered by us and ensure clients can utilize the system to its fullest potential through knowledge of our solutions and the numerous options clients can use to achieve their objectives

Identify and initiate discussions with New Leads

Building and Maintaining Strong Relationship with clients

Track and ensure correct client account invoices and statements

Coordinate activities with other our functions such as implementation training and product support.

Prepare and Communicate Reports with the Management.

Will involve travel to meet prospects/clients.

No field sales or cold calling.
