Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with prospective clients
  • Assist clients with their needs and requirements by providing relevant information
  • Go for site visits with clients and explain the perks of the property
  • Regular touch with the prospect Clients.
  • Negotiate with clients and convert the meetings into bookings
  • Handling client questions, inquiries and complaints.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree 3+ years
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • CRM experience is preferred
