Responsible for providing customers with technical supports e.g. technical products and services advices. Execute and Coordinate with Engineering Department and Project to meet project bidding requirements, deadlines, gross-margins and revenues expectations Prepare technical products and services demonstrations to potential and existing clients and ensure that sales targets are achieved.
Qualification
Equivalent to a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in engineering, science, business administration, marketing or closely related field
Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in marketing and sales within utility industry or related industry
Experience with marketing and sales software and other related programs is required
Fluently speak, read and write both Thai and English
Responsibilities
Managerial
Report section's performance and other relevant issues to Manager, Marketing & Sales Department
Be responsible and involved in human resource processes and activities
Manage the planning, budgeting and control of resources within area of responsibility
Manage and maintain effective communication within area of responsibility
Functional
Plan and develop sales procedures and activities to ensure that a sale target is achieved
Closely work with Marketing & Sale team to schedule potential and targeted customers
Actively search for new potential customers from various marketing channels in accordance to organizational market segmentations and maintain track records of potential customers
Convince and persuade customers that products/ services can best respond and satisfy their needs, prices, and quality
Provide pre-sale technical assistances, product/services educations and detailed technical presentation e.g. product demo, prototypes to potential customers
Manage and interpret customer requirements in order to develop a project proposal and ensure that offered products and/ or services exceed customer requirements and needs
Collaborate and coordinate with Engineering Department to meet bidding deadlines and project commitment
Collaborate with Engineering Department to develop and identify budgetary and fixed price estimation for projects
Responsible for managing technical proposals and primarily analyze project cost estimation and revenues expectations based on customer specifications and proposal documentations
Support all marketing activities and programs
Regularly prepare administrative works e.g. sale reports to business development manager
Travel to visit potential customers to establish a long-term relationship with customers
Regularly maintain an advance technical understanding of all products and services
Perform other related duties as required
