The missions of this role are to create and lead business opportunities and possible channels aligning current resources to generate new sales revenue (70%), and to define offer strategy and manage roadmap (30%)
Responsibilities:
Business development
- Locates or proposes potential business opportunities such as partners, business deals, projects, etc.
- Identifies opportunities for new sales campaigns, services and distribution channels covering Access Multibrand
- Identifies and develops the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators
- Develops business plans and execute plans along with local business developers
- Contributes on target setting of each country
- Develops Access Focus and Culture across teams by animating, sharing, instructing and federating teams as necessary
- Trains the sales team on negotiation strategies, product offer, sales pitch;
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirement, developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations
- Attends industry events, researches organizations and translates trends and intelligence into business proposals
- Acts as Key Account Manager for cross-territory customer accounts; coordinates with local account managers to customer satisfactions
Offer management
- Contributes to the Access market framing, analysis, competitive benchmark as necessary and drives the Market-Tracking-Process
- Defines and validates marketing needs for offer evolution;
- Deploys the offer as per a defined go-to-market strategy in each territory;
- Accountable to coordinate/lead Access Conquest plan in the region and update within strategic file cycles
- Coordinates with Business Lines to ensure development and delivery of offer roadmap at right time with differentiated value proposition
- Defines product marketing content and required tools to support selling and coordinates for production

Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
- 10+ years of related work experience
- Experience in Business Development in the residential sector.
- Candidates who have a relationship network of influencers on such project business would be preferred.
- Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation.
- Good understanding on different channel structures
- Experience to collaborate with international teams and liaising with different levels of peoples
- Exposure to Asian markets
- Strong business acumen with understanding about the market and competitors products
