Job Description

Units: Business Group

Scope of Work :

  • Manage and coordinate with related units to design functions/ process/ solution and provide requirements on new features, new products including any changes of regulations, compliance, and control across all units of unsecured loan products (credit card and personal loan) including BOT reports, especially RDT, CCS, PLT, PLC
  • Manage and coordinate with related units to solve on all audit findings with corrective / preventive actions to achieve the satisfied audit rating for unsecured loan products (credit card and personal loan)
  • Manage to deliver all projects related to system development and E2E process design on both mandatory and new requirements from card network (VISA, Master card, JCB ) , regulation ,business procedure and bank policy to be able to achieve on business objectives and strategy.
  • Manage on the best solutions for any incidents occurred

Job Description:

System :

  • Manage and or co-ordinate with related parties of credit card system on card service mandatory, regulation and business requirement and ensure the result testing is satisfied and operation process is smoothly to implement.
  • Enhance new credit card feature, new credit card face and improve system process flow to meet business strategy.
  • Incident cases impact to customers to be handled properly with proper corrective actions on system and process design and enhancement

Regulation and Control

  • Handle with proactive action on periodically review and/or co-ordinate with related units and credit card staffs to ensure they are fully complied on law& regulation, business procedure and policy / audit requirements with satisfied rating from internal and external audit.

Customer Experience and Service handling:

  • Design / re-design system and E2E operation & service process to deliver service best in class to customer in any channels.
  • Ensure complaint cases are handled within SLA.
  • Incident cases impact to customers to be handled properly with proper corrective actions on system and process enhancement

Qualifications:

  • Master's / Bachelor's Degree, focusing on Financial and Banking or related fields
  • Minimum 3-5 years experiences in credit card, personal loan or retail business
  • Ability to work as a team collaboratively with peers and others
  • Creative problem solver
  • Proven quantitative, statistical and analytical, and technical skills with the ability to use insights to make data driven decisions
