Overview
In this role, you will be reporting to the Country Managing Director and support the Regional Business Development Head. Responsible for the site's annual sales objective to expand its debt purchasing and debt servicing (Consumer and Commercial) portfolio. A central part of your job is to liaise with our clients and drive the process of finding new leads, new contacts, and set meetings to drive progress in the Collectius sales pipeline and in Collectius sales process including twelve sale stages. This role will report directly to Group Head of Sales Strategy and Operation.
Responsibilities
- Follow up on requirements and documentation required by existing and/or future debt purchase and servicing clients.
- Maintain good relationship with existing and/or future debt purchase and servicing clients.
- Ensuring all process are carried out carefully and comply with approved SLA.
- Cooperate with relevant department for documents inquired by existing and/or future clients.
- Prepare client pipeline reports; prepare presentation for sales activities report to CEO.
- Direct report to Country Managing Director.
- KPIs and goals are prepared and approved by the Country Managing Director
- Other ad-hoc work to be arranged in the future
Qualifications
- Must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- With at least 5 years of working experience in the related field, preferably in banking and financial services industry.
- Good knowledge of credit, credit structuring, credit policies, transactional procedures, and product features. Knowledge of regulatory aspects of lending and banking, and legal documentation.
- Collections background is an advantage but not required.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen with experience in collections and operations for consumer portfolios.
- Good at decision-making and problem-solving.
- Good interpersonal, marketing, and analytical skills. Needs analysis and solutions matching skills.
- Outgoing and has a passion for customer service and collaboration with shareholders, product, and operational partners. Has the capacity to intelligently interact with senior leaders, whether internal or external. Aggressive in looking for opportunities to expand client relationship.
- Fluent in English in both written and spoken is a must.
