Business Development Manager

Job Description:-

• Develop and execute strategies to expand 33 Labs footprint in the OEM dental market, with a focus on Thailand and key global markets.
• Identify and approach potential clients, including dental clinics, providers, and competitors seeking production support.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they receive high-quality and cost-effective production services.
• Develop targeted sales strategies to promote 33 Labs offerings, including clear aligners, dental products, equipment, and materials. Consistently achieve assigned KPIs related to revenue growth, client acquisition, and market share expansion.
• Represent 33 Labs at global exhibitions, manage branding initiatives, and engage with prospects to build 33 Labs reputation in the industry.
• Promote 33 Labs as a cost-effective alternative in production compared to competitors.
• Collaborate closely with the production team in Bangkok to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery for all clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs, adjusting business strategies as needed.

Job Requirements:-

• At least 5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably within the dental or medical equipment industry.
• Strong understanding of OEM manufacturing and supply chain processes.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding business development KPIs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel internationally for exhibitions and client meetings.
• Proficiency in Thai and English is preferred.
