Responsibilities
Identifying the potential customer for the Staffing Vertical.
Targeting the right people to reach customer place and building the healthy pipeline
Cold calling, Fixing appointments, Meeting the customers, and closing the deals
Design and implement business plans and strategies to meet the goals
Understanding the market conditions, Team strength to target the right Customers.
Promoting the company by using different marketing techniques.
Participating in the various exhibitions/expos conducted by Industry experts.
Building a good rapport with the customer and helping with Account Management team to make the deals post on boarding the customer.
Desire candidate:
Must be from Staffing Industry
Must be from contract staffing business development background.
Good Industry connects with Staffing industry /payroll services.
Should be good to understand the legal terms in the agreements.
Ability to negotiate the rates with the customer.
Deep Understanding of Staffing contract/payroll Services skills, proposal capabilities
Self-driven and result oriented individuals who can work independently with minimum guidance and with excellent communication skills
