Responsibilities:

2. Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their logistics needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Monitor client satisfaction and work to ensure high levels of service quality.
3. Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, including setting goals and KPIs.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and training to the sales team.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance and implement improvements as necessary.
4. Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Analyze sales data and reports to make data-driven decisions.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and client interactions.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.
6. Operations Coordination:
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth and timely cargo shipments.
- Coordinate with Vendor team to make sure the fulfillment
- Coordinate with Finance team to makes sure Gross Profit and Billing process
- Monitor shipments and provide clients with real-time updates.
- Resolve any logistical issues or delays that may arise during transportation.
- Ensure compliance with governments regulations and requirements.
