Business Development Manager- SWON Project

Responsibilities:

Primarily responsibility Business development to open new logos & new relationships for the organization in Retail & CPG vertical

New TCV booking

Having existing CXO relationships by understanding their strategic priorities & focus areas | mapping and interacting with client organization at all levels

Market intelligence to be able to position right

Follow a solution consulting led approach to unearth opportunities to add value, resolve customer pain points | able to ideate with customer organization to identify areas to participate

Key Stakeholder

Collaborate with local as well as remote teams from Domain, Country, Alliance, Product, Horizontal to name a few to achieve objectives.

Requirements

• Business Development experience or Relationship manager experience with major Retail & CPG organizations.
• Domain Consulting background / flavor experience
• Experience majorly across major Retail & CPG organizations in Thai market
• Proven experience in successfully managing clients expectation.
• Experience working with MNC (Multi Cultural Company) - working with a global team
• Experience working with an IT Service Provider Company or from Digital Arms of Consulting organizations (Big 4 or other business consulting organizations)

Good English, Speaking skills; dynamic; team player

Job Requirements summary:

1.Expected Candidates from Big 4 Consulting Firms (Deloitte, KPMG, PwC & Ernst & Young) or IT Organizations like TCS (Capgemini / Accenture / IBM / CTS)

2.Existing Relationships and in network of Large Retailers in Thailand (particularly CP group)

3.Tech Sales

4.Retail solutions/domain consulting flavor

5.Nationality of Candidate: Thai

6.Stability in Career : No frequent jumps . Preferably no job change in the last 5+ years(at least)
