Role Overview
We are looking for a Thai-speaking Business Development Manager, based in Bangkok, to join our remote team. This role will be key in developing and managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding our presence in Thailand's FX market. Your expertise in FX, combined with a strategic mindset and deep understanding of the Thai market, will drive our success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to identify and secure new business opportunities in the Thai FX market.
- Develop and maintain strong client and partner relationships to support growth objectives.
- Analyze market trends and conduct competitive analysis to drive strategic planning.
- Lead negotiations and establish agreements with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align on strategic goals and deliverables.
Requirements
- Fluency in Thai (C2 level) and English (proficient level).
- Proven experience in business development, particularly within the FX or financial services industry.
- In-depth understanding of the Thai market, with an established network in the sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team.
- Self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset and a track record of meeting targets.
