Our client is a fast-growing Chinese toys manufacturer with global presence. They work with multiple famous brands to bring our favorite characters to life with amazing detail and functionality. They are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to set up the sales team from scratch in Thailand.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets in the Thai market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- As an individual contributor to do business development from scratch.
- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
- Coordinate with the distributor office and other regional sales teams to develop and execute effective sales and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales/business development experience in the retail/FMCG/consumer industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the Thai market and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in both Thai and English languages.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
