Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Following up on inbound marketing leads and identifying qualified opportunities, ensuring timely provision of appropriate information to interested prospects.
Conducting cold calls into prospects sourced from various outside channels.
Profiling strategic accounts, identifying key individuals, conducting thorough research to understand business requirements, and presenting suitable solutions to initiate the sales cycle.
Scheduling appointments and demonstrations of eZee Products/Services.
Occasionally visiting local properties to demonstrate our Software as a Service (SAAS) offerings.
Ensuring successful follow-through of the sales cycle by meticulously maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in the CRM application.
Preparing comprehensive reports by collecting sales information and relevant statistics.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
Demonstrated passion for sales with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
Strong and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English and Thai languages.
Genuine excitement for new technology coupled with a strong technical aptitude.
Excellent phone presence, with the ability to engage and excite potential customers effectively.
Prior experience in hospitality, hotel tech, or SAAS sales would be highly advantageous.
Possession of a positive and outgoing attitude, with the ability to manage multiple requests and time demands concurrently while achieving production goals from assigned territories or accounts.
A strong sense of urgency towards reaching goals and key deliverables, coupled with exceptional time management skills.
Access to a personal vehicle, a laptop, and a reliable internet connection.
