Business Development Officer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Officer at Thai IEC Co., Ltd. located in Si Racha. As a Business Development Officer, you will identify and pursue business opportunities, build and maintain stakeholder relationships, conduct market research, and develop strategies to promote business growth. The scope of the work includes; translation between Thai and English or vice versa, official documentation, assisting contract execution, and relevant due diligence and compliance check. You will be directly reporting and working with the New Business Division manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or related roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently under pressure and in a team environment
• Knowledge of market trends and industry best practices
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Fluency in English and Thai
• Acceptance of frequent domestic and international business trips.
