Job Description

Deliverables:

  • Our BDE will focus on business development of new business and consumption for existing investments.
  • Our BDE will source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Our BDE will understand customer needs and requirements and coordinate with the Project Manager for estimation
  • Our BDE will close sales and achieve the monthly/quarterly quotas
  • Our BDE will research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Our BDE will maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned Territory
  • Our BDE will perform effective online demos or presentation to prospects
  • Our BDE will coordinate with delivery team for effective execution of projects
  • Our BDE will execute and manage marketing initiatives along with marketing lead and coordinate with the respective team
  • Our BDE is expected to develop technical knowledge on IT design services and offerings for effective execution of responsibilities.


Requirements:

  • Proven inside sales experience - motivation for sales
  • Proven LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience - Lead Generation
  • IT Design or Advertising Agency level experience is a plus
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience with freelancing platforms Upwork, Fiverr, Guru, Toptal, Freelancer is a plus
  • Experience working with Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Monday or similar CRM is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Closing and prospecting skills
  • Knack of understanding technical concepts
  • Building relationships
  • People skills


Qualifications

  • Chennai is the work location, so we are preferring Chennai candidates for now.
  • Candidates with proven Business Development executive role can apply.
  • MBA freshers from Marketing and Sales specializations can also apply for this role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
