Job Description:
The Business Intelligence Center Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data trends, identifying business opportunities, and translating data-driven insights into actionable strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both data analytics and business processes, enabling them to provide comprehensive support for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements, a
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategy.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic initiatives and business development efforts.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data management processes, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather stakeholder feedback and refine business processes.
- Support the identification of key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics to measure business performance.
- Provide recommendations based on data analysis to drive operational improvements and enhance decision-making.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ year-experience implementing enterprise-scale reporting systems, including: Working with users in a requirements analysis role
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar role, preferably within a business intelligence environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex data.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data manipulation tools (e.g., SQL, Excel).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with business process modeling and workflow analysis.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and tools is a plus.
