Business Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all areas of the business including financial management, business operations and administration functions. In order to succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the everyday business and complete Operations of the Branch.

Monitor the prices of the products & decide on the Purchase / Sales.

Monitor the routine process of the Branch & Audit them.

Be a Bridge between the Management, Staff & the Customers.

• Train and supervise staff in all areas of the business
• Implement pricing strategy and manage the business to aggressive growth goals
• Monitor operations performance and drive issue resolution as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 10+ years of relevant work experience
• General business skills including budget preparation, staff development, and training
• Requires reasoning ability and good independent judgment

Skills Required:

Proficient in Tally & Excel

Firm understanding in Food trading.

Strong Communication (Kannada, Hindi & English)

Ability to manage the Team (All Departments)

Confident to identify the flaws & correct them immediately

Capable of Decision Making.
