Job Title: Business Operations Associate

Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 baht

Location: BTS Prom Phong

Job Summary:

The Business Operations Associate will play a key role in supporting various departments, including

Operations, Finance, Commercial, Marketing, and Human Resources, while also contributing to the optimization of operations processes. This role focuses on enhancing customer experience, optimizing resources, and helping organize major company campaigns like Valentine's Day, Christmas, and Mother's Day. It's an ideal opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals seeking a comprehensive understanding of business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Help improve operations processes to enhance customer experience and optimize resources.

- Collaborate with various teams (Finance, Commercial, Marketing, HR) to ensure smooth operations and alignment with business goals.

- Support the organization of mega campaigns (Valentine's Day, Christmas, Mother's Day) by coordinating efforts across departments.

- Assist in documenting and analyzing processes across multiple departments, proposing improvements where necessary.

- Work with the Finance team on tasks such as budgeting and financial reporting to support business strategies.

- Collaborate with the Marketing and Commercial teams to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to campaign analysis and execution.

- Provide HR support for onboarding new hires, coordinating training sessions, and maintaining internal communication.

- Take on additional ad-hoc tasks and special projects as required to support overall business operations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.

- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments and teams.

- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Interest in improving operational efficiency and working on start-ups
