Job Description

iQIYI Inc. [IQ] is a NASDAQ-listed technology and entertainment company. It is China's first online video streaming platform to reach over 100 million VIP subscribers. Our dramas, movies, animations, variety, and entertainment shows are watched by billions locally and abroad.

The next phase for iQIYI is to bring our excellent content and services to the world. We are looking for innovative and talented individuals to join the iQIYI international team.

Job Description

- Research/ analyze OTT/ entertainment business landscapes in local/ global Thai markets

- Propose strategic membership sales/ growth plan, source business partners, establish efficient models, and optimize performances

- Negotiate to develop/ enhance partners resources for iQIYI membership promotion to increase the effect of conversion

- Track sales and market data, facilitate communication/ report to cross-functional team and the management

- Ensure smooth membership activities and project management as well as a business relationship

- Lead execution of business development/ partnerships, set up and manage all administrative tasks

- Attain membership sales targets as a criterion for individual and team performance evaluation regularly

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree or higher

- Excellent Thai and English communication skills

- Minimum three years of experience in the TV/ OTT industry

- Have a good track record in business development/ partnerships and sales management

- High level of platform/ content knowledge in local/ global, specifically Thai and Asian markets: Chinese, etc.

- Great ability to generate users by understanding customer psychology and providing service to meet their demands

- Great ability to evaluate commercial needs for OTT business, grasping product advantages to achieve sales performance

- Rich resource on business/ sales network, and must be able to source and establish new business/ sales partnerships

- Strong team player involved in project management activities such as marketing/ communication, operation, sales

- Familiar with administrative work, including legal and financial, and proficient in Microsoft Office

- Can-do attitude with high responsibility, multitasking, well-organized and thorough person
